This policy explains what information Broukhim Legal PC collects through broukhimlegal.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. It applies to this website only. It does not cover information you give us after we agree to represent you, which is governed by our engagement letter and by the duty of confidentiality owed to clients.

When you submit a form on this site we collect what you type into it. Depending on the form, that is your name, phone number, email address, the category of matter you selected, when the incident occurred, how you prefer to be contacted, and any description you write.
Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this website. Submitting a form does not create an attorney–client relationship, and until one exists we cannot promise the confidentiality that applies to clients. See our Disclaimer.
Like most websites, this one records technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, how long you stay, the page or advertisement that referred you, and identifiers stored in cookies. This happens through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
To answer your enquiry and assess whether we can help. To run conflict checks. To operate, secure and improve the website. To measure which advertising produces genuine enquiries, so we do not waste money on advertising that does not. To meet legal and professional obligations.
Google. We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. When you submit a form, we send Google Ads your email address and phone number for conversion measurement. These are converted into an irreversible cryptographic hash in your browser before they are transmitted, so Google receives a scrambled value rather than the address itself. This lets Google tell us that an advertisement produced an enquiry without us handing over a readable contact list. We do not send Google the category of your matter or anything you write in the description field.
Our service providers. Our web host, our email provider, and the software that stores form submissions. They process information on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.
When the law requires it. In response to a subpoena, court order or other legal obligation, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Google may use cookies set through this site to show you advertisements elsewhere. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you using this site.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, and this website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honour the Global Privacy Control signal where our advertising tools support it.
Yes. Because this site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads, those third parties may collect information about your online activity over time and across other websites that also use their services. We do not control that activity.
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to the enquiry, and afterwards for as long as our professional and record-keeping obligations require. Analytics data follows the retention period set in Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a matter.
This site is served over HTTPS and access to form submissions is restricted to the firm. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. That is another reason not to send sensitive details through a web form.
The California Consumer Privacy Act applies to businesses above certain revenue and data-volume thresholds. Broukhim Legal PC is below those thresholds, so the Act does not currently impose its obligations on us. We nevertheless offer the following as a matter of policy: you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop sharing it with advertising platforms. We will not treat you differently for asking. Email us at the address below and allow up to 45 days.
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be posted on this page. Please review it from time to time.
